Fitness:
Designed to meet the needs of your busy schedule by offering extended hours, locker rooms, showers and a convenient location within the Country Village in Ishpeming. Shape Up offers the latest in cardiovascular and strength equipment. Which ever way you like to exercise, you are sure to find a machine that suits your fitness needs. Bikes, steppers, treadmills, elipticals, free weights and much more are all available! Offering a variety of fitness packages and special prices for couples and families.

Massage:
Relax your sore muscles after a vigorous workout or just treat yourself to a little pampering. Experience a sense of weightlessness as water streams from multiple jets, all while remaining fully clothed. Relax with music from the built in sound system and indulge in your favorite aromatherapy scent. You’ll leave feeling rested and refreshed! SpaCapsule treatments can be purchased by the session (up to 20 minutes) or an unlimited month package.

Tanning:
5 state of the art tanning beds and a stand-up tannin booth. 3 levels of tanning, something for every tanner! Go by the session or try an unlimited month package. Please call or stop in for prices. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are preferred. We also carry a large selection of tanning lotions,
including Australian Gold, California Tan, Swedish Beauty, Emerald Bay, Designer Skin, Pro Tan and Supre. We carry protective eye wear, after tan lotion and gels, body stickers, lip balms and outdoor tanning lotions. We change our bulbs every 800 hours. Our facility is air conditioned all year round for your comfort. We are Smart Tan Certified, so let us help you design a package that will give you the best and safest tanning experience!

Spray Tanning:
Get a beautiful tan in seconds in our fully automated VersaSpa sunless spray tanning booth! Choose a natural, medium, or dark tan. Tan your whole body, just your face or just legs.
